How much are opening orders?
Our minimum order, for opening orders, is currently $500+ shipping.
For existing stockists, there is no minimum order.
Will I have postcode exclusivity?
Yes, we will never stock more than one salon within a postcode or 10km radius.
Refunds & Returns
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design, then we will apply a credit or refund for agreed products.
Any problems must be reported in writing within 10 days of accepting delivery. Please do not return goods before contacting us via hello@thefacialcoskincare.com.au
Payment process
All orders must be fully paid via the invoice issued; we are not able to offer accounts.
You will be emailed the invoice with payment required within seven days. We accept direct credit or PayPal. No orders will be sent until full payment is received.
Do I need to stock the entire range
We allow our wholesale partners to pick and choose between the products they wish to offer in their businesses.
